Questions
What do I get when I subscribe?
Access to Visonia Interact Studio, a browser-based editor, and every interactive component in the library. You edit a component with your own content and export it as a Storyline Web Object, HTML, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or iframe package for your course.
What happens to my courses if I cancel?
Packages you exported while subscribed keep working in your courses for as long as you use them. Cancelling only stops new exports, edits in Studio and updates.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Visonia Interact is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout.
