Who we are
Visonia Interact is operated by [LEGAL NAME], Türkiye (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the website, Studio and your subscription.
What we collect
Purchases: Paddle, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email, country and subscription status from Paddle. We never see your full card details.
Support: when you email us we keep the messages so we can help you.
Studio content: your drafts are stored in your own browser. They are not sent to our servers unless you choose to share or upload a file.
Website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. We do not use advertising trackers. We store your language preference in your browser.
How we use it
To provide the Service, manage your subscription, answer support requests, send essential account and billing emails, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing and storage
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: Paddle for payments, our hosting provider and our email provider. Some of them process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires and other data only as long as needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
