Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. About these terms
Visonia Interact is operated by [LEGAL NAME], Türkiye (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of the Visonia Interact website, Studio and component library (the “Service”). By buying a subscription or using the Service you agree to them.
2. The Service
Visonia Interact is software for learning designers. Studio runs in your browser and lets you customise interactive learning components and export them as Storyline Web Object, HTML, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or iframe packages.
Studio keeps your drafts in your own browser’s storage. Download the project file to keep a backup; we cannot recover drafts that are deleted from your browser.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription.
4. Licence
While your subscription is active, the number of users in your plan may use Studio and the components to create learning content for their own organisation or for their clients, in any number of courses.
Packages you exported during an active subscription may stay in those courses and keep working after the subscription ends.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the components, templates or Studio on their own, for example as a template pack or in a competing component library, and you may not share your account with people outside your plan.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images and other material you put into the components. You are responsible for having the right to use that material.
6. Warranty and liability
We work to keep the Service reliable and compatible with the tools listed on the website, but the Service is provided “as is”. Always test exported packages in your own authoring tool and LMS before publishing a course.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
